Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, dimensions, and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or finish will be accurate. Furniture and home goods are frequently handcrafted or sourced from a range of makers, so natural variation in wood grain, color, fabric, and finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 - Payment

All purchases must be paid in full before the merchandise is released for pickup or scheduled for delivery. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in our showroom. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes and delivery fees, to your selected payment method.

Section 6 - Custom and Special Orders

Custom and special order items are made or sourced specifically for you. These orders may require a deposit or payment in full at the time the order is placed. Because these items are produced or ordered to your specifications, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Estimated production and arrival times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on our makers, suppliers, and freight carriers.

Section 7 - Delivery and Pickup

We offer local and out of state delivery, as well as showroom pickup. Estimated delivery lead times are typically 1 to 3 business days for local deliveries and 5 to 30 business days for out of state deliveries. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may be affected by product availability, custom order production, carrier schedules, weather, and other factors outside our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that the merchandise will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and other access points at the delivery location. Please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup and note any damage or discrepancy before signing.

Section 8 - Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

In stock items may be returned within 10 days from the day of purchase to receive full reimbursement. You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to Hill Country Interiors.

Discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Special and custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
